What is your return policy?
All balloon sales are final and cannot be returned once the items are shipped to you. Please read the item description and contact us with any questions before buying. We provide extra balloons with our balloon garland kits in case some pop due to manufacturer defects. If there are defects in numerous balloons that exceed the surplus balloons, we will need you to provide us a photo for the manufacturer to review. In some cases, you may need to return the balloons so we can provide proof to the manufacturer.
What should I do if my package arrived damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can work with you to remedy the issue.
What happens if there is a shipping issue?
Refunds cannot be issued for items that did not arrive in time for an event date. We offer different shipping options to help you meet your deadline. Unfortunately, shipping delays may occur and is out of our control.
Refunds cannot be issued for shipping carrier issues such as a package being lost, stolen, undeliverable as addressed or an incorrect address that you provided. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to file a claim.
What should I do if my shipping address is incorrect?
We kindly ask that you verify your address during checkout to prevent a shipping delay. If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible, but within 2 hours to have it corrected. If your order was shipped to an incorrect address that you provided and it is returned to our shop, you will be responsible for the change of address and additional shipping costs.
What happens if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver to my address?
In the event that the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your package (business is closed, mail room is inaccessible, etc.), they will leave you a door tag with instructions and update your tracking information. In our experience, they will do one of three things: 1) attempt to redeliver, 2) if there is a nearby retail location, redirect it there, or 3) redirect the package to a nearby distribution facility. You may need to pick up the package in these scenarios within the allotted time. If you do not, the shipping carrier may return the package to us and you will be responsible for the return to sender fee, as well as a second shipping charge and all duplicate credit card and sales fees. Refunds will not be issued.
Do you have a coupon code or offer sales at certain times of the year?
No, we do not. Instead, we prefer to offer our lowest prices to all customers every single day of the year. We are extremely competitively priced and this way you won't end up paying more because you missed a sale or coupon.
